I’ve managed high-stakes communication challenges, from crisis response to large-scale campaigns — including working behind the scenes of Brazil’s public health system to help contain the spread of COVID-19. With over 10 years of experience, I’ve led 360º communication projects within institutions that connect governments, international organizations, NGOs, and the private sector with leaders, public managers, and even remote communities and populations. 

Combining strategic vision, creativity, and data-driven insights, I turn complex issues into clear, engaging narratives that inspire action and deliver measurable impact. NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS

Led 360º communication strategy for two national training programs, enrolling 300,000+ health professionals and improving online course completion rates.

Directed multi-platform pandemic campaigns in partnership with PAHO/WHO, Ministry of Health, and global companies (J&J, Astrazeneca), reaching millions from Amazonian regions to Brazil’s largest cities.

Developed a 360º content strategy that drove a 488% increase in website traffic (from 850K to 5M/year) and 340% growth in YouTube subscribers (from 23K to 100K+) in just two years.

  • Develop strategic content simplifying legal/governance topics for broad audiences, strengthening institutional messaging.

  • Led 360° communications strategy for Brazil’s public health network, supporting 5,500+ cities.
     

  • Boosted digital presence: In two years, website traffic grew 488% (850k to 5M/year) and YouTube subscribers increased over 340% (23K to 100K+), expanding access to qualified technical information across Brazil and Latin America. 

  • Developed and deployed strategy for two national online training programs reaching over 300,000 health professionals.

  • Designed and executed national campaigns with key partners (Brazilian Ministry of Health, PAHO/WHO, J&J, Astrazeneca) that reached and engaged millions of Brazilians during the Covid-19 pandemic, supporting health initiatives and combating misinformation across the country. 
     

  • Led communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and audience development for five consecutive editions of the Conasems Congress, driving attendance from 3,800 in 2018 to 11,200 in 2023 (+194.7% growth) and enhancing visibility at national and international events, including the Health Economics Forum.
     

  • Scripted, produced, and directed 20+ institutional videos and 15+ online documentaries on successful experiences of Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS); one series, surpassing 80,000 views, was recognized by YouTube Brazil as a leading public health content initiative.

  • Managed public relations and media relations efforts, including drafting press releases and preparing institutional spokespeople. Handled high-level press inquiries from major Brazilian national outlets and international media such as The New York Times and The Daily Telegraph.

  • Managed creative, editorial and media teams delivering multimedia content to wide audiences.
