Here you will explore national-scale projects I coordinated and contributed to, carried out with the support of Brazil’s federal government and global partners. Initiatives that connected health, communication, and social impact across the country.

Saúde com Agente

I led communication strategies for student acquisition and retention in the Saúde com Agente Program, a national initiative in partnership with Brazil’s Ministry of Health that enrolled 376,000 students.

I was responsible for developing the communication plan that boosted engagement and ensured high course completion rates.

Aedes na Mira

I served on the management committee for Aedes na Mira, a 4-year national project updated and relaunched in 2024 to train health professionals to combat Aedes aegypti — the mosquito that transmits dengue, Zika, and chikungunya, and a long-standing epidemio-logical challenge in Brazil.

I led communication, course promotion, and retention strategies, managed national workshops, and produced documentaries. The course enrolled over 50,000 students across Brazil.

ImunizaSUS

I led the communication strategy for ImunizaSUS, a 400+ hour national online training for Brazilian vaccination room professionals.

Through targeted campaigns and team management, enrollment grew 225% — from 16,000 to 52,000 students.

#OSUSQUEFAZEMOS

I led the Instagram-exclusive campaign #OSUSqueFazemos for Conasems to grow followers and boost engagement, resulting in a 38% increase in interaction. In two phases, health professionals nationwide shared photos and videos of their COVID-19 response and vaccination efforts.

The initiative gained national media coverage, showcasing the resilience of Brazil’s public health system. It also helped counter vaccine misinformation and encouraged higher vaccination rates across the country.

Vacina Mais

I served on the strategy committee for Vacina Mais, a 2022 national campaign with World Health Organization, Brazilian health councils, and the federal government.

I helped design initiatives and produce materials distributed to 30+ institutions, contributing to higher COVID-19 and polio vaccination rates in Brazil.
